Marshall Smith, CEO
The former president of Manly Bands and COO of Taft, Marshall Smith comes to ADDAX with a wealth of operational and manufacturing experience necessary to fuel ADDAX’s growth and scale to meet the growing demand.
Smith holds more than 15 years of executive experience–driving revenue, market share, margin growth, manufacturing, and operations. In particular, Smith has spearheaded incredible revenue growth for brands such as Manly Bands and Taft Shoes. Smith also brings unique operations and manufacturing experience to ADDAX, having co-led 8 acquisitions and slashing production costs through savvy insourcing and negotiation.
Robert Jones, Co-founder
Robert and fellow co-founder, Michelle, try to spend more time outdoors than indoors. Their experience and ingenuity lead them to help create ADDAX; the worlds best Overlanding Trailer. It didn't take long for them to realize that adventure seekers wanted their perfect camping setup.
Michelle Jones, Director of Procurement & Logistics
ADDAX Co-founder Michelle Jones embodies the untamed spirit that lies at the heart of ADDAX. Raised with a love of camping and the outdoors, Michelle embraces the self-sufficiency, independence, and freedom that overlanding offers.
For years, Michelle and husband Robert co-managed an overlanding store, where she gained invaluable insights into the needs and desires of the overlanding community. Today, Michelle serves as the director of procurement and logistics for ADDAX–incorporating all of the best materials and equipment into the ADDAX products, as well as coordinating shipping and distribution.
